Our Responsibilities
Maintain safe working practices for all keyholding and security staff.
Ensure all employees are trained, competent, and appropriately licensed.
Carry out risk assessments for alarm responses, patrols, and client premises.
Provide suitable equipment, technology, and procedures to support safe lone working.
Continuously review and improve our safety processes.
Employee Safety
Staff receive training in conflict management, dynamic risk assessment, lone working, and emergency response.
All responders follow strict check-in procedures and are supported by GPS-tracked vehicles and monitoring systems.
No employee is expected to enter or remain in an environment they deem unsafe.
Operational Safety
Each alarm attendance begins with a dynamic risk assessment.
Responders follow structured escalation protocols if threats or hazards are identified.
Forced entry is investigated and conducted after pre-authorised and risk-assessed.
Incident Reporting
All incidents and near misses are reported, recorded, and reviewed.
Findings are used to improve safety measures and operational procedures.
Policy Review
This policy is reviewed annually or following relevant legislative or operational changes.
